CK is seeking Materials Testing Technicians to strengthen current staff. The Materials Testing Technician will perform soil, asphalt, and concrete testing in the laboratory and field. Candidate(s) preferably hold current soil, asphalt, and concrete DOT certifications including but not limited to NICET, ATTI and ACI certifications. Candidate(s) must have one (1) year of experience performing testing/inspections for municipal, state and/or federal projects. ADOT lab and field experience is highly desirable. Candidate(s) must have a clean driving record.

CK has an immediate opening for a full-time position for a self-motivated land survey technician with a minimum of two years of experience. The ideal candidate should be able to perform engineering field surveying for topographic, ALTA and boundary, and construction staking, along with minimal research and calculations required to initiate or verify survey work. Key responsibilities will be to assist the Lead Surveyor in project layout, work performance methods, office and field calculations, perform, and directly oversee completion of assigned survey tasks including final project deliveries and including quality assurance on assigned projects.

Candidate(s) should be proficient with AutoCAD Civil3D, Trimble Business Center and Microsoft Excel, as well as be proficient in operating Trimble GPS, Robotic Total Stations, etc., surveying instruments.

Candidate(s) should possess a good driving record, be willing to subject themselves to a drug/alcohol-screening tests, as well as present proof of citizenship or authorization for employment at the time of hiring. Occasional night activities and out of town travel is required.
